Samsung
recently unveiled a new model for the Samsung Series 7 Gamer that will feature
3D capabilities, which adds to the appeal of the device to 3D enthusiasts.
In addition
to the 3D capability, the Samsung Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D laptop will also
come in a rather eye-catching yellow color. The first gaming-focused laptop of
the South Korean company was initially released into the US market near the
start of the year and it immediately caught the attention of industry watchers
who were impressed with its mobile gaming capabilities.
The upcoming
Samsung Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D will initially enter the South Korean market
before being released to other markets. The refreshed gaming laptop is expected
to be priced at around $2650 once it enters the US market.
The Samsung
Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D will feature a better processor and enhanced graphics
that will increase it already powerful gaming capabilities. The device will
feature a 3.3GHz Core i7-3610QM processor from Intel, which will not only
enhance its performance but improve its battery life as well.
However the
Radeon HD 7870M 2GB graphics card from AMD is considered as the more
significant update for the Samsung Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D since it is notably
better compared to the GeForce GTX 675M from Nvidia that is used on the
original model of the device.
The design
of the Samsung Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D also gives all the indications of a
gaming laptop and its 128GB SSD that supplements the 1TB HDD will allow the
device to boot-up faster aside from adding to its internal storage. The device
will feature an 8GB Ram which is upgradable to 16GB.
With the
battery life and power offered by the Samsung Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D, it may
be considered fully-optimized for heavy-duty gaming.
