Nokia may be down but it is definitely not out. Images emerged recently of a new Nokia flagships smartphone, which was dubbed as the Nokia EOS. The images posted by a Twitter user named ViziLeaks and an informant of GSM Arena.

The camera module, which hints of an impressive sensor, was clearly shown on the posted images. Reports have indicated that the upcoming Nokia smartphone will have the same 41MP capability of the Nokia 808 PureView smartphone without the huge bump at the back. Although the camera of the upcoming smartphone will still come out, its profile will be sleeker compared to the PureView smartphone.

The Nokia EOS has a long flash similar to the Xenon flash found on the Lumia 928. It also has a smaller LED that may be used in focusing, which is how it is used on the Lumia 928.

The black case of the smartphone is similar to the material used on many Nokia Lumia devices. The images also show a similar black surface screen display as other high-end screens that have a ClearBlack filter coating.

The upcoming Nokia EOS may not enter the market before fall since T-Mobile has yet to introduce the Nokia Lumia 925 into the market. However, it may still be possible for the latest smartphone from Nokia to be released soon due to the company’s goal of releasing a number of smartphones into the market.

The reported slim 41MP camera of the Nokia EOS with its 808 PureView capability will likely draw the interest of Nokia lovers who may be looking to acquire the latest smartphone from the device manufacturer.

It appears that Asus has pulled all the stops with the latest model of the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity. The high-end tablet will reportedly feature the Tegra 4 processor from Nvidia as well as a high-resolution display screen that will attract the attention of tablet enthusiasts, be it Android or iOS.

The upcoming ten-inch tablet will have a display resolution of 2560 by 1600 and will feature the 1.9GHz Tegra 4 processor from Nvidia together with a 72-core GeForce GPU. Other features of the device include a 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 5MP rear-facing camera, and 1.2MP front-facing camera. It will also offer Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.

Potential buyers of the new Asus Transformer Pad Infinity may also purchase the keyboard dock that has a multi-touch touchpad along with an SDXC memory card slot and USB 3.0 port. This is one tablet that I would not mind saving up for.

The new Asus Transformer Pad Infinity will have a similar design and finish as the Asus TransformerPad Infinity TF700. The new processor of the latest model will address some of the flaws of its predecessor. While the high-resolution display only has a few rivals in the market.

The performance of the tablet along with its 300PPI is expected to compete with the Google Nexus 10, which is currently among the best ten-incher in the market today.

Reports have hinted at the possibility that the latest Asus tablet will have a price tag of around $400, which is similar to the price of the Google Nexus 10. However, it should be noted that the $400 price tag of the Google tablet is for the 16GB model.  In addition to the bigger internal storage, the Asus tablet will also have an edge on CPU performance and the optional keyboard dock.

The scheduled release of the new Asus Transformer Pad Infinity has yet to be announced by the device manufacturer, although it is expected to be released into the market soon enough.
