Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 Set To Enter The Market

A new reasonably-priced smartphone from Samsung has been made available for pre-orders in the UK market recently. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 is the latest reasonably-priced smartphone from Samsung.

With its rather low price tag some industry watchers are speculating on the performance of the Samsung Galaxy Mini and how it will fare against the performance of an entry-level Android-powered smartphone from HTC, the HTC One V.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 will have a price tag of around $280 at an online retail outlet in the UK that is already accepting pre-orders for the device. The device will reportedly be released within the quarter. The price tag of this upcoming soon-to-be-released Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 in the UK is around £180.

For the moment, the release date of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 remains uncertain although pre-ordering the device will allow consumers to be one of the first ones to own the device.  

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 will feature a3.27-inch display screen with a resolution of 360 by 480, an 800MHz microprocessor, 512MB RAM and a 4GB internal memory, which can be expanded through a microSD memory card. The unreleased device also comes with a three-megapixel rear-facing camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, HSDPA and GPS.

The Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 will also feature the Android 2.3 OS along with the custom skin from Samsung.
