The
Beats-enhanced HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE will be available by July 5
according to a recent confirmation by Verizon.
This was
confirmed recently by the mobile service provider along with the price tag of
the device once it will make its way to the shelves of Verizon outlets. The HTC
Droid Incredible 4G LTE will carry a price tag of $149.99 after the mail-in
rebate of $50 and with the usual two-year service contract.
The HTC Droid
Incredible 4G LTE was initially introduced by Verizon during the CTIA Wireless
event that was held in New Orleans near the start of the year and is the latest
entry to the smartphone lineup of HTC. The release of the first Droid
Incredible appealed to a number of smartphone users due to its compact yet
feature-filled design. The latest model of the smartphone may give some of the
smartphones that are currently being offered in the market a run for their
money.
The HTC
Droid Incredible 4G LTE features a dual-core 1.2GHZ Snapdragon S4 processor
from Qualcomm, 4G LTE network support, the Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0 OS
and the latest version of the HTC Sense custom user interface.
The compact
design of the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE is quite pocket-friendly although its
four-inch qHD Super LCD screen display is not as big as the One series of
smartphones of HTC. The HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE also comes with an
eight-megapixel rear-facing camera as well as a microSD memory card slot that
may be used in expanding the internal memory of the device up to a maximum of
32GB.
The NFC chip
that is found on the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE will allow it to provide
support for the Android Beam feature of the Ice Cream Sandwich mobile platform.
It will also feature Beats Audio processing and a 1700mAh battery.
